Ages for the class
T
he projects listed are to accommodate various ages & or specific ages. Everyone will do the project, modified or in full, or do a project appropriate for their ages.
Projects and activities offered will be determined by ages, readiness, interest and time a child can be focused on the activity. The class will accommodate more open & play time for the younger ones and will be monitored by their parent, but we can spread out and there are many things for the younger ones to do.
Activities can be adjusted & modified for various levels
This class is appropriate for all ages, however toddlers have classes that focus on activities and a rhythm for their ages like Woodland Wilds. If toddlers accompany a family with older kids tool they will have more free time, and will be included in the projects with their family.

What to bring to Class

Backpack
Snacks or lunch (all food waste & wrappers go home with you)
Large Water Bottle per Person: we don't have easy access to drinking water
Dress in layers for the weather
We will have class in the rain or wind: dress accordingly
We are outside on the farm, in the garden, doing messy projects: dress accordingly
We have a tipi to do projects in if it's a very rainy day, but plan on being outside

Where to Meet
Meet in the front at the waiting area
Drive into the parking lot : look for the small entrance sign
We don't park at the house
Look for a blue rooster, big foot, wooden play house in a fenced area: this is the waiting area
We meet here, start here and end here. I will be finishing another class. Please wait in waiting area

Other Details
There is a blue porta potty in the parking lot for anyone not in a class, or just getting here
The porta potty by the waiting area entrance is for those in classes that have begun
This helps kids not in class, stay in the waiting area and wait for class to begin

All food waste, diapers, wrappers etc go home with you & not in the garbages here

All things stay here, including special "finds" unless we make it in class
It helps kids when they know this ahead of time & reminded so they don't anticipate and upset when they find a frog, stick or flower and want to take it home.
including feathers, sticks, rocks, pinecones, eggs, plants, frogs, worms etc This helps resources stay here, use the natural materials for more educational or hands on projects & enjoyed by others
Natural materials are limited, or in places by design, and we work hard to create permaculture, and beauty. We love that they love it and appreciate these special "finds" but need them to stay on the farm please.

Register for this class here!
