As you may know by now your full charter funds will not be available until September for this Semester 

You may have $450 per child available July 15 and the remaining $500 in September or any specified amount specific to your charter : these are approximate amounts

You have a few options to secure your child's place in a class even though all of the funds are not available now
You can pay deposits that are listed on the marketplace (THEO) or charter specific name 
(to hold your child's class: The deposit goes toward the total amount )

There are $150 deposit options for semester classes and $50 options for session classes on the marketplace, as well as on the website here 
 
You can submit the deposit and pay the remaining in September when your remaining funds are available or
you can pay the remaining out of pocket 

This deposit option can be re-used for any amount of classes: it's not a one time use 

There is an option of $450 to go toward classes and you pay the remaining $25 in September
or pay out of pocket now 

I will put a payment tab below of $25 on the portal also

You are under obligation to pay the remaining amount 
Once funds are released in September there will be a one week curtesy time, and after this (a date will be set soon) there will be late fees charged to you directly that cannot be paid by your charter 

You are obligated to pay the remaining class amounts, whether your charter can cover the amounts, you do not finish classes or any other reason
If the remaining fees are not paid your child will need to wait to continue with classes until paid in September

Once you submit your choice on the marketplace portal
Email : The child's name & age, your name, the class and amount you submitted. Please keep all communications regarding payments on the same thread. Let me know when you have submitted any payment on the thread. 
Fill out registration form for classes and a waiver. Waivers need to be done each semester.

​Be familiar with the information on the website and the specific class you are enrolling your child in. If you enroll off the site, you are still under the same obligations and responsibilities as if you enrolled on the website. 
Deposits are not refundable. 
Class fees have specific refund dates and timelines given in the registration page regardless of when your funds are available or when you paid.

The website lets you know where we meet, what to bring for class, what food to bring, dressing for the weather, what's included in the class, refund policy and most information you would need to know.
