AS OF CURRENT OVERTURE HAS NOT RELEASED HOW THEY WILL WORK WITH OR OFFER FUNDS TO FAMILIES. Once I am aware and see that I can work with the system I will continue to be a vendor with them. A vendor system will be a new system for them, and was told they will let us know in July or later summer.
If there are other charters or program available, please reach out and let me know you would like me to work with them, send me their information and I will see if this is available to me, and a reasonable fit.

this has detailed information regarding charters, using your funds doing deposits now from the marketplace to pay with your remaining funds and an attachment to help you navigate Parental Child Tax Credit

As you may know by now your full charter funds will not be available until September for this Semester
You may have $450 per child available July 15 and the remaining $500 in September
amounts may vary & are no guaranteed amount-discuss this with your charter
You have a few options to secure your child's place in a class even though all of the funds are not available now
You can pay deposits that are listed on the marketplace (THEO) or charter specific name
There are $150 deposit options for semester classes and $50 options for session classes on the marketplace, as well as on the website here
You can submit the deposit and pay the remaining in September when your remaining funds are available or
you can pay the remaining out of pocket
There is an option of $450 to go toward classes and you pay the remaining $25 in September
out of pocket now

You are under obligation to pay the remaining amount
Once funds are released in September there will be a one week curtesy time, and after this (a date will be set soon) there will be late fees charged to you directly that cannot be paid by your charter
You are obligated to pay the remaining class amounts, whether your charter can cover the amounts, you do not finish classes or any other reason
If the remaining fees are not paid your child will need to wait to continue with classes until paid in September

PAYMENT HOLDS PLACE IN CLASS
Filling out a registration form is required to attend class and must be done before the first day of class. The registration form does not reserve a spot for your child.
Payment: deposit when available or paying for the class in full reserves/holds their spot in class.
We regret that summer classes and camps are not refundable. Please reach out by 3 weeks in advance (21 days or longer) of the first day of camp/class by email to see if we credit to an open camp.
