 CULINARY ARTS 
Ages 7-13

Reach out directly for younger kids for this class 
We can discuss their readiness to cook, chop and stay focused for a 3 hour cooking class. We take some breaks, but to complete our recipes and dishes & all work together and take turns we do need to have the endurance without need for frequent breaks.

Learning cooking basics and more! Using organic produce from the garden, eggs from our farm including duck, turkey eggs too. We source  locally grown ingredients as much as possible. If we make a sweet treat, its made with maple syrup, coconut sugar, xylitol and honey. We don't use artificial ingredients and dyes.

Sourdough, ferments, and lots of super yummy and nutritious foods, while learning and improving techniques and terms.
