We meet in the waiting area
Bring water and food 
Dress warm & in layers. This class is outside. By nature of the class, this will be active and will need to put on and take off layers according to activity and weather. 
Think of skiing clothes. To stay warm and dry, then take off layers as they warm up. 
 
This class is non-refundable
We can look to transfer to another class this session.
